Terms and Conditions (Revised 01/01/2022, 03/01/2024)

Booking and Reservation Policies:

  • All travel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Prestige Travel Concierge.

  • Prestige Travel Concierge acts as an intermediary between you (the client) and various travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Our role is to facilitate your travel arrangements.

  • By engaging in business with Prestige Travel Concierge, you acknowledge that Prestige Travel Concierge may contact you via email, phone, or other means for booking-related communication.


Cancellation Policy (Rev. 01/01/2022):

  • Cancellation fees may apply and are subject to the policies of the respective travel suppliers. These fees can vary depending on the supplier, travel date, and type of booking.

  • In addition to any cancellation fees imposed by travel suppliers, Prestige Travel Concierge reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 per person for any booking canceled by the client.

Planning Deposit (Rev. 03/01/2024):

  • A planning deposit of $250 is required and must be paid before any travel planning commences.

  • This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your booking once the travel arrangements are confirmed and finalized within 60 days from the date of payment. If the booking is not confirmed and finalized within this 60-day period, the planning deposit will be forfeited.

Credit Card Policy:

  • Prestige Travel Concierge values your convenience and security in handling credit card information. Our credit card policy outlines how we collect, retain, and protect your credit card details.

Credit Card Authorization:

  • A valid credit card authorization form must be submitted for all bookings made through Prestige Travel Concierge. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to use it for booking and payment purposes.

  • Your credit card information will be securely stored and used for payment processing related to your bookings unless otherwise specified.

  • You have the option to request that Prestige Travel Concierge retain your credit card information on file for future bookings. This request must be made in writing and submitted to our office.

Credit Card Retention:

  • For your convenience, Prestige Travel Concierge offers the option to retain your credit card information in a secure PCI-compliant vault. This allows for smoother and faster future payments.

  • Your credit card information, including CVV, will be securely stored in our vault. However, for added security, the CVV will expire after 30 days. Before any future payments are processed, you will be required to confirm the CVV.

  • We prioritize the security of your credit card information and adhere to strict measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your trust in Prestige Travel Concierge is paramount, and we are committed to ensuring your privacy and satisfaction.

Additional Onboard/Resort Credit Promotions:

  • Any additional onboard or resort credit promotions offered by travel suppliers must be clearly outlined on the initial invoice provided to the client after the booking is made to be honored.

  • Prestige Travel Concierge cannot guarantee the availability of onboard or resort credits unless they are explicitly stated on the original invoice.

  • No promises or commitments related to onboard or resort credits, amenities, or special offers will be honored unless they are clearly documented and included as part of the original invoice provided to the client. Any verbal assurances or promises made by Prestige Travel Concierge staff will not be binding unless documented in the invoice.

Client Responsibility:

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information on this form, including passport details, contact information, and any special requests or requirements.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of travel suppliers, including their cancellation policies, baggage fees, and any additional charges.

  • The client acknowledges that visa and country entry requirements are the ultimate responsibility of the client, and Prestige Travel Concierge assumes no responsibility for not meeting these requirements. (Rev. 03/01/2024)


  • Prestige Travel Concierge is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay that may occur during your travel. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

  • Prestige Travel Concierge is not responsible for any changes or disruptions to your travel plans due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations.

Mediation Clause (Rev. 03/01/01/2024):

  • In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Prestige Travel Concierge reserves the right to choose the mediator and the mediation process. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation within thirty (30) days of written notice from Prestige Travel Concierge to the other party, Prestige Travel Concierge may pursue other legal remedies available to it.

  • The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Prestige Travel Concierge website and services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights (including but not limited to intellectual property). The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the website or services, except as allowed by applicable law, is strictly prohibited.


  • The logo and emblem of Prestige Travel Concierge, including, but not limited to, the interlocking “'P' ‘T’ 'C'” monogram within a stylized compass design, as well as the textual representation of the Prestige Travel Concierge name in 'NewYork Regular' and 'Montblanc Trial-ExtraLight' typefaces, are trademarks or service marks of Prestige Travel Concierge and are used under exclusive license. Other product and company names mentioned on the website or in any materials provided may be trademarks of their respective owners. 


  • You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through the Prestige Travel Concierge website or services. The posting of information or materials on the website does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.


  • Use of the Prestige Travel Concierge logo or emblem for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Prestige Travel Concierge is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of any materials contained on the Prestige Travel Concierge website may violate copyright and trademark laws, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.


  • By engaging in business with Prestige Travel Concierge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the clause regarding additional onboard/resort credit promotions and promises being honored only if part of the original invoice. Additionally, you acknowledge the planning deposit and cancellation fee policies outlined in this document. Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.
